How long does shipping take?

We process and ship all orders within 24 hours or less. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we gladly accept returns on eligible items. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be canceled or changed within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing or shipped.
